The story ✨

Forge is a strength-first gym brand: every member gets a written programme, every floor has a coach on it, and nobody is sold a three-year contract they will use twice. The first studio opened in Vasant Kunj in 2017 out of frustration with gyms that sell memberships instead of results. Three studios in, we have a coaching curriculum, a retention model that beats the category by a distance, and we are opening franchising to a small number of partners we can actually look after.
