Glosshouse started in 2012 as a single two-chair studio in Mahipalpur run by two colourists who were tired of watching Delhi women pay Bandra prices for a balayage. Fourteen years later the same colour bar system runs across every outlet: a written formula card for every client, L'Oréal and Wella certified colourists only, and a no-questions redo window of seven days. Company-owned outlets anchor the south-Delhi belt; franchise partners take the neighbourhoods we cannot staff ourselves, and every one of them trains at the Mahipalpur flagship for six weeks before opening day.
